Selective Hydrogenation of Benzene to Cyclohexene over Ru-Zn Catalyst with Nanosized Zirconia as Dispersant

Abstract: The Ru-Zn catalyst dispersed using ZrO2 with a surface area of 34 m2/g presented higher cyclohexene selectivity and stability in benzene selective hydrogenation than that using ZrO2 with a surface area of 87 m2/g.
