Abstract: This investigation focused on the effect of preparation methods for Fe-Cu-K-S iO2 catalyst on the FTS reaction performance. The microspheric catalyst exhibi ted excellent smooth surface, fine sphericity, and uniform particle size. Th e catalyst activity decreased with the increase of its average particle size. Th e separation between the wax product and the catalyst in-line was easy, and t he run stability was improved.
