Properties of β-Glucosidase Immobilized on Magnetic Nanoparticles of Aluminum Nitride

Abstract: The conditions for β-glucosidase immobilization on magnetic nanoparticles of aluminum nitride were optimized, and the properties of immobilized β-gl ucosidase including structure characterization and catalytic characteristics wer e investigated. The magnetic nanoparticle of aluminum nitride is a good support for the immobilization of β-glucosidase.
