Abstract: A series of Cr-Mn mixed oxide catalysts were prepared by the citric acid met hod. This catalytic system has excellent activity with 98.5% NOx conversi o n and 100% selectivity for N2 on Cr(0.4)-MnOx at 120 ℃ and space velo city of 30000 h-1. The addition of chromium to MnOx can gene rate a CrMn1.5O4 crystal phase, which is the main active center.
