Relationship between Catalytic Asymmetric Reduction Ability of Carbonyl Reductase of Rhodobacter sphaeroides and Substrate Structure

Abstract: Based on the asymmetric reduction of latent chiral ketones by whole cells or carbonyl reductase of Rhodobacter sphaeroides, the relationship between the catalytic ability of Rhodobacter sphaeroides and the structure of substrates was studied.
