Effects of Synthesis Methods of BICUVOX.10 Membranes on Oxygen Permea-tion at Moderate Temperatures

Abstract: BICUVOX.10 membrane was prepared by the solid state method and sintered at 800 oC. Controllable and stable oxygen permeation flux of > 4 ml/(min cm2) was obtained on the BICUVOX.10 oxygen pump at 400 oC. When the current density was 1.6 A/cm2, the Faradic efficiency was still above 80%.
