Photocatalysis-Fenton Degradation of Phenol over Fe-Ti Pillared Bentonite

Abstract: Fe-Ti pillared bentonite with large surface area and strong surface acidity was prepared by a cation exchange reaction. The catalyst showed excellent performance for phenol degradation, mineralization, and iron-leaching rate as compared with that of Fe or Ti pillared bentonite.
