尿素燃烧法制备Cu-Ce-O催化剂用于消除CO

Preparation of a Cu-Ce-O Catalyst by Urea Combustion for Removing CO from Hydrogen

摘要: 采用尿素燃烧法制备了Cu-Ce-O催化剂,考察了不经过焙烧处理的催化剂在干、湿两种气氛下催化CO选择氧化消除反应. 结果表明,在燃料电池电极工作温度区间内, Cu-Ce-O催化剂表现出良好的活性和选择性. 在模拟真实气体气氛下,在130 ℃时催化剂上CO的转化率达到99.3%, CO2选择性也高达75%. X射线衍射和扫描电镜表征结果显示,催化剂表面存在着纳米级、高分散的铜物种.

Abstract: A urea combustion method was employed for the preparation of the Cu-Ce-O catalyst without the need for a binder or additional calcination steps. The catalytic performance of the catalyst for preferential oxidation of CO was investigated under dry and humid feed gas conditions, and the catalyst was also examined for CO removal at the operating temperature of the PEMFC anode. A 99.3%CO conversion and 75% selectivity for CO2 could be achieved at 130 ℃ in the presence of H2O and CO2. The results of XRD and SEM characterizations indicated that copper oxides were highly dispersed on the catalyst and formed nanoparticles.
