Epitaxial Growth of Core-Shell ZSM-5/Silicalite-1 with Shape Selectivity

摘要: 使用外延生长法在 ZSM-5 沸石晶粒上生长 silicalite-1 壳层制得了核壳 ZSM-5/silicalite-1 分子筛, 并采用 X 射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、低温 N2 吸附、NH3 程序升温脱附以及异丙苯和三异丙苯探针裂化反应等手段表征了核壳分子筛的壳层覆盖度和孔道内外表面酸性等物化性质, 考察了核壳分子筛在甲苯甲基化反应中的择形催化性能.

Abstract: Core-shell ZSM-5/silicalite-1 samples were synthesized by epitaxial growth of silicalite-1 shell on ZSM-5 core crystallites. This core-shell zeolite has good shape-selective catalytic performance for alkylation of toluene with methanol, in which p-xylene is selectively formed.
