温控特性的酸功能化离子液体合成及其在 α-蒎烯水合反应中的应用

A Novel Thermoregulated-Acidic Ionic Liquid: Synthesis and Application as Catalyst in α-Pinene Hydration

摘要: 制备和表征了具有温控相转移特性的酸功能化离子液体 1-(3-磺酸)-丙基-3-聚乙二醇咪唑磷酸二氢盐[PEOIM-SO3H]H2PO4, 并用于催化 α-蒎烯水合反应. 结果表明, 该离子液体具有较好的温控相转移和酸催化性能, 在 n(α-蒎烯):n(氯乙酸):n(水) = 1:1:5、α-蒎烯 0.06 mol、离子液体 3.0 mmol、80 oC 反应 8 h 的条件下, α-蒎烯转化率达 89.4%, 松油醇选择性达 65.0%. 另外, 该离子液体重复使用 5 次后, α-蒎烯转化率仍达 85.8%, 松油醇选择性为 66.8%, 具有较好的重复使用性能.

Abstract: A novel thermoregulated-acidic ionic liquid, 1-(3-sulfonic acid)-propyl-3-polyethylene glycol-yl imidazole dihydrogen phosphate ([PEOIM-SO3H]H2PO4), was synthesized, characterized, and used as a catalyst in the hydration of α-pinene. The ionic liquid had good thermoregulated and acidic catalytic performance in the hydration. Under the optimum conditions of n(α-pinene):n(chloroacetic):n(water) = 1:1:5, α-pinene 0.06 mol, ionic liquid 3.0 mmol, reaction temperature 80 oC, and reaction time 8 h, the α-pinene conversion was more than 89% and the terpineol selectivity was 65.0%. When the ionic liquid was reused for five times, the α-pinene conversion reached 85.8% and the terpineol selectivity was 66.8%.
